NEW RECRUITMENT SYSTEM
We all know it, recruitment system was crap, and we needed a change.
From now on, things will be much more smoother and it will be faster to get in, but once in, citizens will have to proove themselves to everyone, not only vices.
Things will go as this:
-Once a player post his application using the COMPLETE recruitment form, the invitation will be sent right away. First vice to see the thread or myself will send the invitation.
(this will help prevent inpatient players to go look out for another guild in the mean time)
-During the trial period, EVERY member will be allowed to post feedback on the player's thread. Keep in mind the more feedback you post, the more active you will be considered when new vices need to be chosen. Keep it simple and short.
(exemple: Player X helped me out on Orc fortress today. / Player X told me to fuck off when i asked him for help.)
(keep in mind it doesn't HAVE to be about quests or hunts. One could simply post he had a great conversation with the new player and thinks he should stay. Anything that you believe could help us decide is welcomed.)
-Once the trial period ends, the vices and myself will base our decision on these good/bad feedback to decide wether or not the player should be promoted. If nobody posted on the player's thread, it will be considered as inactivity.
I hope this new system makes everyone happier and keep in mind nothing here is permanent. If we find this system inefficient, it will be reconsidered.
